A soundtrack mashup! Beyonce starred in the film Goldmember and recorded this track for the movie. The track, the video and the movie have a seventies vibe, but I've attempted to transform it into a sixties style song by combining it with the Motown hit, Do You Love Me. Released on the Motown label, the Contours track was originally a hit in 1962. It featured prominently in the 1987 film Dirty Dancing, reviving the record's popularity. Re-issued as a single for the More Dirty Dancing soundtrack album, Do You Love Me became a hit for the second time, peaking at #11 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The lyrics and timimg of the vocals from the two tracks fit together nicely with Beyonce and Billy Gordon taking it in turn to sing a phrase each at various points throughout the mix.
